Yes. With this option, the booking includes admission to the monument and the guided route through the areas of the Alhambra open to the public.

The booking is made online. Once complete, our team confirms and handles everything so you receive by email a voucher with all the practical information for the tour, including the meeting point, location map, route description and schedule. Just show it from your phone on the day of your visit.

Yes. The voucher is designed to be shown to the guide from your phone, no need to print it.

It depends on availability. For official advance purchase, individuals can buy tickets online until 11:59 pm the day before the visit, and the Board itself recommends buying in advance due to high demand.

Confirmation is sent by email. If you don't see it, check your spam or promotions folder as well. If it still doesn't appear, the best option is to contact our team to check your booking details and resend the voucher if needed.

Yes. Children must also be included in the booking, even with a free rate, because access to the monument is controlled by capacity and tickets are personalised.

Yes. You must bring your original physical ID, whether that's a national ID card, passport or driving licence. The Alhambra has several access checkpoints, and your ID must match the one used for the booking, as tickets are personalised.

The meeting point is at Paseo del Generalife 1F, near the monument's official ticket offices. Next to them is an esplanade with a sign reading guides, where the team waits with an orange umbrella.

If you visit independently, you buy the monument's official ticket and explore at your own pace. If you book a guided tour, you also get organised access and a guide explaining the tour along the way.

Accessibility is fairly limited. With a wheelchair or pushchair, the full route cannot be completed. The Alcazaba area is not accessible by wheelchair, and both the Generalife and the Nasrid Palaces can only be visited in a reduced way. For pushchairs, we recommend using a backpack or baby carrier.

For the guided tour of the Alhambra, the cancellation policy is stricter than for other tours because tickets are personalised and tied to each visitor's ID. So if you cancel, the amount is not refunded except in very exceptional cases.

It cannot normally be rescheduled. If you want to change the date, you would need to pay again for the monument tickets, as that initial cost cannot be recovered.

Even in poor weather, tours usually go ahead as normal. Only in very extreme cases may some areas of the monument be closed for safety reasons, for example due to excessively strong winds.
